Medea Richey - Lead Vocals

Medea has been singing on stage for more than half her life. Initially her focus was country music, a natural fit considering her Nashville roots. Medea was raised in Nashville, TN and in Texas.

At a young age she had begun to unlock what has become a truly unique sound. Soulful and powerful, her vocal strengths are realized in a diverse musical terrain. With her style, based on country and root-blues, she draws liberally from jazz, classical and rock.

Medea is a founder of Outlaw Jane and has a wild and loyal fan base that continues to grow. Her performances range from sweet to sweaty while her voice carries a message that anyone can groove too.

She has performed and/or recorded with Shelley Carroll (Duke Ellington Orchestra), Jeffrey Barnes (Brave Combo), Groove Academy, Bricks in the Wall, and Definitely Maybe, and is relied upon by several popular local bands as a sub for their lead vocalists.

Ken Nieves - Lead Guitar, Vocals

Ken is an established acoustic/rhythm/lead guitarist and pro performer. He has been an active part of the worldly music scene for 25 years. His experience spreads across many genres to include Pop/Rock, RnB, Jazz/Smooth Neo Soul Jazz, Blues, Country, Latin, and Gospel/Church.

While completing his music degree in San Antonio, TX, Ken got his start with the local Austin/San Antonio music scenes. Thereafter he was accepted into the U.S. Navy Band and performed as a designated guitarist for 10 years. During that time Ken routinely sought out some of the best guitarists to help enhance his skills and abilities in mastering the guitar.

Ken has performed all over the world and resides in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area where he routinely performs with many of the best up and coming artists the DFW area has to offer.

Some of the many artists Ken has performed with include Rajdulari, Linda Styles Band, Nu Soul Vibe, Soul Prodigy, U.S. Navy Band, Smokey Robinson, KC and the Sunshine Band, Cowboy Mouth and Clay Walker.

Gary Tatsch - Bass, Vocals, Keys, Flute, Sax

Gary is a native Texan, originally from Beaumont. Gary initially started playing piano at a very early age and stuck with it through high school and college. In college, he studied woodwinds at the University of North Texas. While there and well before, Gary played in several bands, rock and jazz included.

Gary is a founder of Outlaw Jane and a versatile player, equally comfortable at the bass, piano, sax or flute - sometimes all at the same time!

Like the others in the band, Gary appreciates all styles of play and enjoys playing it all. Gary says, "'s all good, as long as we and our audiences are having a good time".

Mollie Ramsey - Keys, Vocals, Guitar, Harp, Banjo, et al

Mollie, a native Texan, has been playing piano her entire life. It has taken her from accompanying choirs, orchestras, and individual instruments in high school to playing at weddings and other events through college. She has been a part of the DFW music scene by filling in for various bands with keys and vocals, and performing sets at Music City Mall in Lewisville.

Besides piano and voice, she also plays the flute, guitar, harmonica, and recently, the banjo! There isn’t an instrument that she isn’t willing to learn. All enjoy watching her switch things up on stage with Outlaw Jane, from one instrument to the next! Mollie is a passionate performer.

The latest project she has been working on is recording an EP of her original songs. Her influences are Carol King, Billy Joel, Alicia Keys and Elton John. She has always been inspired by piano/singer songwriters, and it shows in her music. Mollie appreciates all genres though, and is excited to be a part of Outlaw Jane.

Craig Ramsey - Drums, Percussion, Vocals

Laurie Shipman - Vocals

Laurie is a native Texan, from Lewisville. Her love for music, to include vocals, piano and dance, started at an early age. Enthralled with music since the age of 4, Laurie’s musical journey continues to include a variety of local community groups/performances around the DFW area.

Laurie has been with Outlaw Jane from the beginning and while she enjoys many music genres, she pulls from her christian and country music influences. Once she hears that first downbeat, all can tell she’s having a blast performing the incredible arrangements from Outlaw Jane and adding her signature vocals to make the harmonies ring!
